These terms explain how booking and our cleaning services work. By booking with us, online or by phone, you agree to them. Last updated: November 6, 2026.
Who we are
Sunshine High Grade Cleaning is a residential and commercial cleaning business in Calgary, Alberta, owned by Bekele Ileni. Questions: call or text 587-707-3496 or email ib.sunshinecleaning@gmail.com.
Quotes and prices
- Quotes are free and there's no obligation.
- Your price depends on the size of the space, its condition, the service and how often we come. We confirm it with you before we start, and there are no hidden fees.
- If the job turns out to be very different from what was described, we'll talk with you and agree on the price before we continue.
- No payment is needed to book online. We agree on how you'll pay when we confirm your price.
Booking online
- The open times come from our calendar. You get a confirmation by email, and a reminder the day before if the job is more than a day away.
- Please give your correct contact details and the right address, and add anything we should know in the notes, such as pets, parking, a door code or areas to skip.
- For regular cleanings, an online booking reserves your first visit. We'll then call or text to set your regular day and time.
- If something unexpected means we need to move your time, we'll tell you as early as we can and find a new time with you.
Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel, call or text 587-707-3496 or reply to your confirmation email. Changes made at least 24 hours ahead are free. If you need to change or cancel with less notice, please tell us as soon as you can.
Access to your space
You don't need to be home. You can leave a key or a door code; add the details when you book. Please make sure we can get in safely at the booked time, and tell us about pets, alarms or anything else we should know.
Our re-clean promise
If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to fix it.
Supplies and care
We bring the supplies we need. If you'd like us to use your products, just tell us. Our team is insured, and we take care with your home and belongings. If something is damaged during a cleaning, tell us right away so we can make it right with you.
Jobs that need a specialist
Some situations need a specialist, for example hazardous materials or biohazard cleanup. If a job includes something we can't handle safely, we'll tell you before we start.
This website
We keep the information on this website as accurate as we can, but it's general information. Your quote and your booking confirmation are what apply to your job. Please use the online booking only for real bookings.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
