How we handle it

Calling about a home that's out of control isn't easy. It might be your own place after a hard year, a parent's house you're worried about, or a property you just got back from a tenant. Homes get away from people for lots of reasons: illness, grief, a new baby, long hours at work. We're there to clean, not to comment, and we keep it private.

Tell us what's going on in your own words, or text a few photos if that's easier. We'll be straight with you about what we can do. If part of the job needs a specialist, such as biohazard cleanup or pest control, we'll tell you before we start.

How it works

1. Call or text 587-707-3496, any hour. Describe the situation in your own words, or send photos.
2. We make a plan with you, one room or the whole home, and agree on the price before we start.
3. We do the work steadily and carefully, at a pace that works for you.
4. We go through it with you at the end. If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back.

What it costs

Heavy-duty jobs are always quoted, and quotes are free. The price depends on:

• the size of the space and how many rooms need work
• how much clutter and build-up there is
• one long visit or a few shorter ones
• kitchens, bathrooms, appliances and other detail work

You get the price before we start, and there are no hidden fees.
