What's included

On the first visit we agree on a checklist for your space, and we follow it every time after that. You can book daily, weekly, every 2 weeks or one-time cleaning.

Offices and workplaces

• Desks, tables and shared surfaces wiped

• Washrooms cleaned and disinfected, and restocked from your supplies
• Door handles, light switches, railings and elevator buttons

• Counters, display cases, glass and mirrors
• Reception desks, waiting areas and fitting rooms
• Shared areas and high-touch surfaces disinfected
• Washrooms, staff rooms and back rooms
• Floors swept, vacuumed and mopped

For clinics, this is general cleaning of waiting rooms, washrooms, staff areas and offices. It doesn't include medical waste or sterilizing equipment.

Who we clean for

Small and mid-size offices, professional practices, retail shops and showrooms, salons and wellness studios, clinics, and property managers who need lobbies, hallways and common areas kept clean.

Cleaning after hours means nobody is vacuuming during a client call and your staff aren't working around a cleaner. Tell us when the space is empty and we'll schedule around it.

We also take on one-time commercial jobs: cleanup after an event, post-construction cleaning, and heavy-duty cleaning for units that have been neglected or sat empty.

How often to clean

It depends on how many people use the space and what they do there. An office with a shared kitchen and a dozen people in it every day usually needs cleaning every weekday. A small office with a few desks may only need it once or twice a week. Retail floors, entrances and washrooms get more traffic than back offices, so they often need more frequent visits than the rest of the space.

When we quote, we'll suggest a schedule based on what we see, and you decide. For after-hours visits, tell us how we get in (key, fob or door code) and how to set the alarm, and we'll follow the same routine each time.

How it works

2. We agree on what to clean, how often, when the space is empty, and the price, before we start.
3. We clean early in the morning, in the evening or overnight, following the checklist for your space.
4. We check the work before we leave. If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back.

What it costs

Each commercial space is quoted on its own, and quotes are free. The price depends on:

• the square footage and layout
• the type of space: office, retail or clinic
• how often we clean: daily, weekly, every 2 weeks or once
• the number of washrooms and kitchens, and any extra work

You get the price before we start, and there are no hidden fees.
