What's included

Construction dust settles, then settles again. We work from the top of each room down and do the floors last, so dust doesn't land on surfaces we've already cleaned.

After a kitchen, bathroom or basement renovation, drywall dust ends up in every room, not only the one that was renovated.

Before we start

The final clean goes best when the dusty work is done. It helps if:

• sanding, drywall and cutting are finished in the areas we're cleaning
• the power and water are on
• large waste, like old cabinets or drywall offcuts, has been binned or hauled away
• you tell us about surfaces that need care, like natural stone, new hardwood or fresh paint

How it works

1. Call or text 587-707-3496 or book online, and tell us about the project and the deadline. Photos by text help.
2. We agree on the size, the stage of the project, what's included and the price before we start.
3. We clean top to bottom and dry to wet, one room at a time.
4. We walk through the space with you or your site lead. If we missed something, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back.

What it costs

Post-construction cleaning is always quoted, and quotes are free. The price depends on:

• the square footage and the number of rooms or units
• how much dust and debris is left
• windows, fixtures, cabinets and other detail work
• timing and access to the site

You get the price before we start, and there are no hidden fees.
