This page explains what personal information we collect when you book or contact us, why we need it, and how we look after it. Last updated: November 6, 2026.
Who we are
Sunshine High Grade Cleaning is a cleaning business in Calgary, Alberta, owned by Bekele Ileni. For any question or request about your information, call or text 587-707-3496 or email ib.sunshinecleaning@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you book online, we ask for:
- the service, the size of the space, how often, and the date and time you pick
- your name, phone number, email address and the address to clean
- anything you add in the notes, such as a door code or parking details
When you call, text or email us, we keep what you share so we can answer you and do the job. We never ask for payment details on this website.
Why we use it
Only to look after your cleaning: to schedule it, confirm it, send you a reminder, reach you about the job, and keep our business records. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it's kept
Your booking goes into our Google Calendar, and the confirmation and booking emails go through our Gmail. Google stores this information for us and may store it outside Canada. The online booking system keeps its own short record of each booking (without your notes) until 2 days after the job, then deletes it automatically.
Services that help run this website
- Google hosts this website (Firebase), runs the booking system (Google Apps Script) and provides the fonts (Google Fonts). Like any website, these services receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is making each online booking, to stop spam. Cloudflare looks at technical information about your browser and connection for this check.
To limit spam, the booking system also keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for a short time. It can't be turned back into your address, and it's deleted automatically within 2 days.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and it doesn't run analytics. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details in our calendar and email for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep our business records, and then we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need it. Call or text 587-707-3496 or email ib.sunshinecleaning@gmail.com, and we'll answer as soon as we can. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
